Chicken Teriyaki

2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
2 tablespoons sake or rice cooking wine
3 tablespoons white sugar
300 grams chicken fillets or breasts -- cut in 1/2" cubes
1 tablespoon oil

Mix soy sauce, sake and sugar together. Add oil to wok over med-high heat. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until browned. Add sauce to chicken in wok and bring to a boil. Continue cooking until sauce is reduced and chicken is coated.
